1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the if888 website, creating a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any games or services offered by if888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Geographic Restrictions: The if888 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations.
• Prohibited Persons: The following categories of persons are prohibited from using if888: (a) individuals who have been previously excluded or banned from the platform for breach of Terms, fraud, or other misconduct; (b) individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of if888 and their immediate family members; and (d) individuals residing in jurisdictions where participation in online gaming violates local law.

By creating an if888 account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of any account balance.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming services on if888, you must create a player account by providing the following information: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and any other information reasonably requested by the platform. You are permitted to register only one (1) account per person. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and any other documentation deemed necessary by if888 to verify your identity, age, and residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

if888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on your financial institution's processing times.

if888 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider (bank, e-wallet operator, or card issuer) may impose transaction fees. You are solely responsible for any such fees. All deposits are final and non-refundable unless required by law or expressly authorized by if888 management.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.3; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically PHP 500 or equivalent); and (d) you must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method is unavailable for withdrawals or if888 approves an alternative method.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, 24–48 hours for bank transfers, and 1–5 business days for credit/debit cards. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. if888 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before approving a withdrawal, and to decline withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or breach of Terms is suspected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

if888 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our AML obligations, we monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and report any unusual patterns to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and other relevant authorities as required by law. Players are prohibited from using if888 to launder money, finance illegal activities, or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive conduct. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account closure, reporting to law enforcement, and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

if888 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives ("Promotions") to players from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits, which will be clearly stated in the Promotion's terms. By accepting a Promotion, you agree to be bound by its specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus). For example, if you receive a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling PHP 30,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games contribute 10% or less). if888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion repeatedly, using irregular or coordinated betting patterns to manipulate wagering requirements, or any other conduct intended to exploit Promotions in bad faith.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the if888 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are governed by the rules and terms of those providers. Game rules, payout percentages (RTP), and other relevant information are available within each game or upon request from customer support. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing.

if888 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased game outcomes. All RNGs are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by if888 or any player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds: (a) collusion or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (b) use of bots, automated software, or other tools to manipulate gameplay; (c) exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; (d) reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any game or platform software; (e) engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, if888, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, "if888 PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE if888 PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF if888 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE if888 PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. if888 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability or exclusions of warranties are not permitted, if888's liability and the scope of warranties shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the if888 Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; (c) your use or misuse of the if888 platform; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform.

11. Termination and Account Closure

if888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide required verification documents; (d) irregular or abusive betting patterns; or (e) requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonus funds or funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you using your most recent deposit method, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or charges owed to if888. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of if888.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the if888 platform, or your relationship with if888 shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if888 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any violation of these Terms.
